Our cozy, Sun river vacation rentals cabin is perfect for a couple or a family of 4. With 2 bedrooms, one with 2 twin beds, the other with a queen size bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with all that a cook might need and you can enjoy the fully enclosed private deck complete with hammock and BBQ if you are staying in or for shopping, eating, and awesome coffee - the mall is just minutes away! We provide laundry soap, dish & hand soap, shampoo and conditioner, coffee, and more. 3 TV's with cable and games.

Queen & Twin Mattresses, Linens, Pillows, Bedspreads and Towels are all NEW in our Sun river vacation rentals as well as the majority of the kitchen items!!!! Our rentals in Sunriver cater to the WHOLE family-- This Cabin is pet friendly, so if pets are part of your family bring them along!

PETS Allowed with PRIOR Approval. We know for many guests pets are like children, and we like for this particular one of our Sun river vacation rentals to accommodate. For this reason, small to medium sized pets are allowed with prior approval, and provided pet is housebroken, flea free and not prone to damaging property. A non-refundable PET FEE of $25.00 per night ($40.00 for two pets, maximum) in addition to the Sun river vacation rental’s amount will be required if pet is approved. In addition to PET FEE, any damage done by your pet, such as chewing furniture, staining carpet, excess pet hair, etc. will be charged against your credit card and/or deducted from your deposit and you will be charged for carpet cleaning, odor removal, hair removal and flea spray if any evidence of a pet(s) is found in the rental home or on the premises. Also, PLEASE pick up after your pet when he does his business, whether it is rental house property or other areas, and dispose of waste in plastic bags and dumped into the garbage can. YOU WILL BE CHARGED A FEE OF $10.00 FOR EACH POOP REMOVAL from the Sunriver rental’s property.
